Fullinwider retired from the University of Maryland after working 27 years in the Institute for Philosophy and Public Policy, a research center committed to close examination of the moral, legal, and conceptual aspects of major public policies. He now plies his trade as an independent scholar, doing what he’s always done but not getting paid for it.
